no he's saying tencent micro cloud works for foreign. So maybe you guys should make a baidu network disk and tencent micro cloud link for bvn and revised characters.

oh damn. i dont know then i searched for some websites that we can both use and nothing exists they are either paid subscription or have very small storage

Yes, Baidu Yunpan and Tencent Weiyun are the most widely used in China now. Because of the "wall" restrictions in China, most of us can not use foreign resources.
