After checking the changes for 3.3 by testing stuff in training mode and looking at the character file code, I feel the new super armor mechanic is a nice addition and even can make bad characters more threatening now. However the balancing is still not great as most of the changes feel random. Like why did Orochimaru's WJ get a change that makes it do more damage when it already did a lot of damage? Why did Orihime get a jump height nerf even though everyone considers her to be bad? Why is Madara and Grimmjaw unchanges despite being overpowered? I think you should start paying attention to the experience players on who and what needs to be better or worse.
