BvN 3.3 PC - Tier list (8/31)

The download version has been out for a while and I've been testing out and finding new things.
My tier list is based on how well they do against the entire cast.
Transformations are not listed in the tier list.
This tier list is my opinion so you don't have to agree with it.
If you have any questions go ahead and ask.

Why is rock lee in A tier? Do you mean his 8 paths transformation?

bayakuya seems a lot stronger than D tier. Also, temari should be in a tier with orihime. They are both recognised by the community to be the worst in the worst.

I do admire that you took all those shots with the background in game though, they look splendid.

I do not want to persuade you in changing your list, I just want to hear some of your opinions, maybe there's a new strategy in characters that were never discovered.

I think his base form is better than inner gates actually.
WJ has armor and a low cool down so it is very safe to use and fill meter with which is the main reason he is ranked so high. He also has a solid teleport attack, solid out of block options, and a great dash.

Byakuya's base form has no good moves. U has good range but is bad at comboing unless he is very close to his opponent and it has terrible hitstun which makes it unsafe on hit. SJ is probably okay out of block but doesn't go very far to be useful in anything else. Only thing he has is decent mobility and okay closeup options.

Temari has solid zoning tools with U and SJ, and SJ even counters projectile zoning. She also isn't slow like Orihime is and her SU has frame 1 armor so it can be used as an out of block option so she isn't bad enough to be low tier.

Now that I see it, byakuya does seem pretty mediocre even in d rank. I just thought that wj + wu +(If didn't hit) ku is pretty nice in even aerial battles. But yeah, he doesn't have some competition going on the ground. For rock lee, I wouldn't say u is a pretty solid teleport attack as if your attack misses or is blocked, you definitely have no chance in escaping due to the slow reaction time. Anyway, I agree with you now that A tier is around the right place for him. Temari's skills are pretty nice, just as you said, but her combos are broken(not op broken, just literally). Even in the counterattack archetype, temari just doesn't grind out enough damage after gaining the offensive(I is pretty powerful, but it needs mana). Also, I have a stage 1 sasuke technique that will maybe change your mind:
1. use u as a counterattack/ teleport attack mechanic + wu (+ku) if somehow your opponent blocks or gets away
2. once you have more than 1.5 mana, you can carry this simple but op combo out:
jjjj+sl+jjjj+sl+jjjj+sj/i
surprisingly, for a well known low tier character, this combo can put your opponent to around 1/3 hp, putting it way above juggo our oriheme.

Anyway, keep up updating your tier list for every meta, it's a wonderful way to communicate ideas and also showcase the game to others.
