My personal 3.11 tier list

This tier list is made to show who I think is the best and worst in Bleach vs Naruto as of 3.11.This tier list is my opinion so I am not neccessarily right.
If you have any questions on why a character is in a certain placing or why a character is above or below a certain character ask me and I will explain.
Also, transformation characters will NOT count as separate characters, but rather as the same character and the base character; This will be based on the character starting off with the base character in the beginning of the match and then being able to transform when they are able to.
Also I apologize for not typing in Chinese as I have no idea how to speak or read that language.

Anways, here is my tier list:
(SS means best and F means worst. All characters are in order. Characters from the leftside are better than the characters on the right side)
